For over forty-five years, we have been involved in close tolerance machining and assembly, primarily in the aircraft industry. Norfil Manufacturing has established a reputation for its quality work. “On Time Delivery” has always been of great importance to us.
Located in Pacific, WA, our manufacturing area is 25,000 sq. ft. with office space of 1,500 sq. ft. Our warehouse is 10,000 sq. ft.
There are few manufacturing facilities that have our broad range of machinery. Our four and six spindle machining centers give our company the competitive edge over the rest of our industry for the manufacturing of large and small parts produced from hog-outs and forgings at competitive prices. We have major capabilities in CNC (3, 4 and 5 axis), profiling, vertical milling, horizontal milling, boring and turning.
Norfil has developed expertise in the manufacturing of challenging parts. We have years of experience machining many different types of metals primarily Titanium (6AL-4V, 6-2-2-2-2, 10-2-3), Inconel (718, 625), Monel, Steel and Carbon Alloys (4340, 4330, 17-4, 300M, 15-5, 13-8) and Aluminum Alloys.
The size range of parts is up to 60” x 144”. Our expertise is in the manufacturing of complex parts with MDI, MDD and lofted surfaces.
We have full inspection capabilities including a state of the art, fully automated Mitutoyo CMM (inspection software PCDIMS) with travels of 63” in x, 36” in y and 23” in z. Our inspectors are certified annually for Rockwell hardness testing and Eddy Current testing.
In addition to programming from customer furnished data packages, Norfil utilizes Surf Cam and Catia V4 and V5.
